Overview:
This series of three, 2- to 3-minute video stories each highlight a specific institutional project, program, or initiative that was accomplished through philanthropy. The resulting narratives are each blended with relevant campus and project visuals and an appropriate music score to convey the transformational connection between the donor and the recipient and illustrate how this giving experience has truly made a difference.
Purpose:
Donors want to make a difference, not just write a check. They want to know that their contributions have helped someone or advanced some important work. A well-crafted success story will help you achieve both of these objectives—creating a gratifying gifting experience that encourages future giving.

Our Standard Success/Impact Stories Package:
With timely feedback and approvals from your team, MINDSEYE will provide the following standard services within 6 to 8 weeks:
- Initial planning meeting (2 hours)
- 6 video interviews with donors and beneficiaries (one of each per story)
- Background footage of relevant campus/project visuals (facilities, classrooms, labs, students, faculty, etc.)
- 1 ½ days of on-campus shooting with a 3-person crew
- Transcription and digitizing of interviews and background footage
- Background music for video
- Editing of assembly cuts (three basic storylines with music)
- Client review & feedback on assembly cut
- 1 round of revisions on assembly cut
- Editing of dressed cuts (addition of background footage to all three stories)
- Client review & feedback on dressed cuts
- 1 round of revisions on dressed cuts
- Three segments of finished video (approx. 2 to 3 minutes each) delivered in up to three different formats (i.e., DVD, QuickTime file, Windows Media file, etc.)
